Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Developer with a strong background in object-oriented programming, SAP Fiori development, and Gateway services. The ideal candidate should have 6-8 years of experience in ABAP development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a technical expert, ensuring quick resolution of application issues.
- Develop and implement SAP ABAP programs, including reports, enhancements, forms, and interfaces.
- Design, develop, and optimize SAP Fiori applications and Gateway services.
- Write and review technical specifications for SAP projects.
- Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and acceptance testing for developed functions.
- Optimize SAP performance tuning to enhance system efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless SAP system integration.
- Provide ongoing operational support and assist with system upgrades and enhancements.
- Mentor and coach junior developers, ensuring best coding practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
- Strong experience with object-oriented programming in ABAP.
- 1+ years of SAP Fiori development experience.
- Expertise in SAP Gateway development.
- Ability to write and interpret technical and functional specifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the retail industry.
- Knowledge of SAP HANA Cloud Platform (HCP) or Java.
- Hands-on experience in performance tuning for SAP applications.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.
