We are looking for an experienced Business / Systems Analyst with strong expertise in requirements analysis, Agile delivery, documentation, and privacy management. The ideal candidate should be confident communicating with stakeholders, driving business process improvements, and supporting full SDLC initiatives.

𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐭-𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬
• Business & Systems Analysis (IT Projects)
• Excellent communication & documentation skills
• Agile / Scrum methodology
• Azure DevOps (ADO): Epics, Features, User Stories
• Business Process Design (Process Flows, I/O Diagrams)
• User Access Management & Change Management
• Privacy Management tools (OneTrust or similar)

• 8+ years of relevant IT analysis experience
• Experience across full development life cycle (SDLC)
• Strong project planning and leadership capabilities
