We are looking for an experienced AEM Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The role involves working closely with the Web Solutions Architect to deliver web enhancements, custom components, front-end improvements, and platform upgrades.

โข Develop, enhance, and maintain websites and applications using AEM
โข Collaborate with the Web Solutions Architect to implement queued web enhancements
โข Build and customize AEM components, templates, dialogs, and workflows
โข Implement front-end enhancements using modern UI frameworks
โข Support platform upgrades including Java upgrades, React enablement, and accessibility initiatives
โข Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to AEM standards
โข Troubleshoot and resolve AEM-related application issues
โข Participate in code reviews and follow secure, scalable development practices

โข 5โ10 years of experience in AEM development (AEM 6.x / AEM as a Cloud Service)
โข Strong knowledge of AEM Sites, Sling Models, OSGi, components, and templates
โข Strong Java expertise
โข Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
โข Front-end exposure with React.js and integration with AEM
โข Experience with AEM platform upgrades and migrations
โข Good understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG / ADA)
โข Experience with Maven, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
โข Strong communication and collaboration skills
