We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Domestic Recruiters with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for India-based hiring. The ideal candidate should be confident in sourcing, screening, and closing IT positions across multiple domains within defined timelines.

โข Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle for domestic requirements
โข Source candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media & referrals
โข Screen, evaluate, and shortlist profiles based on job requirements
โข Coordinate telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face interviews
โข Maintain candidate pipelines, trackers, and daily recruitment reports
โข Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely closures
โข Maintain strong follow-ups and meet hiring targets consistently

โข 2โ3 years of experience in Domestic Recruitment
โข Strong understanding of the Indian job market
โข Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
โข Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
โข IT hiring experience is a strong plus
