โข Lead & mentor RPA engineers; ensure quality delivery
โข Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies & sprint planning
โข Oversee automation development (UiPath, Power Automate, APIs)
โข Collaborate with Product Owners & BAs to refine automation requirements
โข Review design, code, documentation & ensure governance compliance
โข Handle technical escalations & architectural decisions
โข Drive reusable components, standardization & best practices
โข Manage release cycles, change control & environment readiness

โข ๐ฑโ๐ณ+ years of RPA development (UiPath / Power Automate)

โข Excellent communication & leadership skills
