Reviewing existing framework and providing recommendations for improving performance of the migration process.
Develop automations, best practice, processes, and standards for effectively carrying out data migration activities.
Strategize and plan an entire project, including moving the data and converting content as necessary, while considering risks and potential impacts
Perform data migration audit, reconciliation, and exception reporting.
Assist in designing, planning and developing the data migration process.
Manage cross-program data assurance for the transforming data items in source and target systems.
